Blinded by the Light features many locations from around it’s main setting of Luton including the Mall, George Street Market and outside the Vauxhall Factory.
For some of the more key locations filming took place around Greater London - the sixth form college in Luton has changed a lot since the setting so Northolt High School was used, the scene where the family accidentally drive past a NF rally was in West Harrow and the primary location of the Luton Park Estate was actually in Pinner, North London on Nursery Road
