Where was Muppets Most Wanted Filmed?

Muppets Most Wanted uses London for the majority of scenes with well known locations such as The Tower of London featuring heavily. But it also uses London for a bulk of the on-screen international locations such as Richmond Theatre and Wyndham's Theatre being used as Madrid and Berlin Theatre and Senate House being used as Interpol Headquarters. Filming favourites Greenwich Naval College and Chatham Historic Dockyard also make an appearance.
