The Downton Abbey Movie features familiar and new filming locations throughout. Highclere Castle, Berkshire features prominently throughout with interior and exterior shots. Brief glimpses of Bampton are seen but we also see new locations including Harewood House near Leeds, Wentworth Woodhouse which is shown as interiors to Harewood house, several roads around Little Germany in Bradford and a location that featured briefly in the TV series; Lacock, Wiltshire where we see cavalry on horseback parading through the village.
